Not only a hotel restaurant, Chambers enjoys a reputation for appeasing the discerning palates of diners throughout Maidstone and Kent, not least for the wide range of perfectly balanced European dishes which constitute the menu.
The master chef operates a strict ethic of using only the freshest locally sourced produce whenever possible; ensuring that each of the kitchen’s creations is full with the freshest flavour and can be enjoyed at food should be, without compromise and with the certainty that those who made it did so with a love of their work.

Sundays are a special day for Maidstone Fine Dining when we offer our ever popular Carvery lunch, allowing hungry diners to revel in the delights of a leisurely feast.
